THE ROLE
* Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
* Work with co-workers and management to effectively implement necessary change
* Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
* Ensure the effective execution of business operations
* Motivate and assist the team to provide quality products with exceptional customer service
* Engage and maintain customer relationships, taking on feedback when received
KEY QUALITIES
* Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience a similar role
* Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
* Exposure to rostering and people development
* Have a strong customer service focus
* Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Positive and flexible attitude
* Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
* Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
* Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
* Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
