Project Metallurgist – Concentrator
In this role, you will be a valued member of the Metallurgy Project team, contributing to building a safe, productive, and effective workplace where teams are empowered and supported to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Resolving technical and operational issues affecting grade-recovery under the current process flow sheet.
* Effective project management, stakeholder engagement, managing R&D projects, understanding technical aspects, and applying process knowledge to identify issues.

Requirements:
* Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Mineral Processing.
* At least 3 years of experience in base metal operations, including grinding, flotation, and dewatering.
* Experience in project management and process improvements.
* Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Being a team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
