Change and Communications Professional
This is a key role in our Business Services branch, responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to support project goals and organisational outcomes.
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience delivering communications within an ADKAR change management framework. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience developing and distributing communications products across various internal channels.
The Change and Communications Team provides change management and communications services to support a diverse range of initiatives across the Business Services branch. You will work closely with the Team Leader to manage change initiatives from within the Business Services branch and develop communications plans to ensure consistent and clear messaging across all channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support project goals and organisational outcomes.
* Create and execute communications plans to ensure consistent and clear messaging across all channels.
* Develop training support materials to help employees adapt to new processes, systems and structures.
* Engage with internal teams to deliver communications outputs in line with established processes and standards.
* Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and focus groups to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Demonstrated experience delivering communications within an ADKAR change management framework. Demonstrated experience developing and distributing communications products across various internal channels. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
