Industry Beans Newstead is a 100 seat café, restaurant and coffee roastery housed within an architecturally designed warehouse conversion. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and innovative cooking techniques, the menu at Newstead strikes a beautiful balance between café staples, signature dishes and high-quality share plates. Working from a spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen, our team of Chefs work together to produce exceptional food 7 days a week.
This Position Offers:
* An interesting and innovative menu to take responsibility for

* A professional front of house team to support the kitchen
* A casual role with 10-20 hours per week
You'll be perfect for this role if you have:
* Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery as well as minimum 2 years in a similar role
* Desire to achieve the best you can every day
* A sound understanding of all kitchen operations
* A passion for innovative cooking techniques
* A modern approach to kitchen and food management
* Strive to grow yourself and the business
* A positive and professional demeanour
* Required availability: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (including occasional night shifts for functions)
