Concierge Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team at the Great Barrier Reef. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from initial consideration to arrival and stay.
Your day-to-day activities will involve leading guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete satisfaction, while developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility
* Fluency in English - extra language skills welcome but not essential
* RSA certificate for Queensland required
* Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts
* Advanced study or qualifications advantageous but not essential
