Head of Services Management
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our services management team. As Head of Services Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality customer service, technical support, installation, maintenance, and training for our laboratory equipment and solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the performance of the service team throughout ANZ with a focus on safety, wellbeing, process compliance, and service excellence.
* Ensure effective resource planning, training, collaboration, and utilization throughout ANZ.
* Develop, monitor, and manage customer satisfaction, operational, and financial targets for each service team throughout ANZ.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 5 years in a service management role, preferably within the laboratory, scientific equipment, or healthcare sector.
* Experience in managing and developing teams, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management.
* Proven experience resolving conflicts and complaints in a timely manner.
* Genuine interest and passion in providing the highest level of service.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Australian working rights are essential.
