LEAD Childcare Toowoomba is excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Family Support Leader to our dedicated team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early childhood professional who thrives on building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators. As part of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to enhance family engagement and support children’s wellbeing across our service.
We’re looking for someone who brings both heart and expertise to their role. The successful applicant will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, along with professionalism, empathy, and discretion when supporting families and educators.
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
* A current Blue Card
* First Aid and Child Protection certifications
This is a hands-on leadership position, so flexibility and a team-focused mindset are key. The role is full-time (Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am – 4:30pm) and may involve supporting educators in rooms, assisting with school pick-ups, occasional closing shifts, and general cleaning as needed.
