Education Assistants assist teachers in the delivery of planned education programs to assist students to reach their full potential through the development of their academic, social, emotional and physical skills.Suitable applicants should ideally have a high level of interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with staff members to meet the needs of students. Suitable applicants will ideally possess the knowledge and experience of working with students with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties, including those on the autism spectrum, and the ability to support student growth, both academically and socially, within the classroom setting.
