The Role
We're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide adaptable, high‐quality support to people with disabilities. No two days are the same! You could be:
* Accompanying a participant to the beach, a movie, or a sporting event
* Assisting with medical appointments or personal care
* Providing companionship and support at home

Who are we looking for?
* Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
* Experienced in disability support, high care, mental health, trauma‐informed care, or behaviours of concern
* Hold Cert III in Disability (or equivalent experience)
* Hold current First Aid/CPR certificates, a Working with Children Check, and a full, clean Australian driver's license
* Have a reliable, fully insured vehicle
* Calm, confident, and able to work independently
Extra Requirements
* Right to live and work in Australia
* International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
