About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Fleet & Depot Coordinator to support our growing Rockhampton operations.
This is a practical, mixed role across yard operations, vehicle preparation, servicing coordination, and booking management. You’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet project-ready and on the road for clients across mining, civil, and energy sectors.
Perm Part Time 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon - Thurs (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day depot operations and yard organisation
● Prepare vehicles to site/mine-spec standards (basic fit-outs, checks, compliance)
● Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and repairs
● Manage vehicle bookings and job workflows in internal systems
● Coordinate vehicle transport, deliveries, and collections
● Maintain accurate fleet and job records
About You
● Hands-on and proactive — comfortable working in the yard with vehicles and equipment, and able (or willing to learn) our online systems
● Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
● Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
● Takes ownership and works well independently
