Responsibilities
Oversee a small team between 3 and 5 people
Manage production time frames to fulfil customer order expectations
Produce products of a consistent quality within expected time frames
Operate equipment including brake press, laser machine, guillotine, welders, polishers
Manufacture products to pre-existing specifications
Apply knowledge of manufacturing technology to programs (press, laser, etc.)
Qualifications
Formal Trade Qualifications in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Engineering or Welding
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technology and processes, with a focus on stainless steel fabrication
Previous experience in a similar position or in the building or plumbing industry is highly regarded
