Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Jordan brand efforts in the Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive consumer engagement, foster partnerships, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings and implement effective strategies
* Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and market changes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel at all levels of their organization
* Develop and execute the Jordan Partner Go To Market strategy through on-the-ground partnerships
* Manage partners in the Pacific region by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal sell-in and sell-through activities
* Deliver engaging experiences for partners, preparing, planning, and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations
* Achieve commercial targets and identify growth opportunities
* Optimize Jordan product sales by providing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
* Ensure timely submission of seasonal orders and coordinate order tracking and retail launch information

Requirements:

* 5-7 years' experience in business, including sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong working knowledge of sports, athletics industry, and marketplace trends
* Understanding of team sales, merchandising sales, sports trends, and sports culture
* Proven leadership and teamwork ability to develop and maintain high-profile relationships across teams, functions, and organizational layers
* Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver product presentations, use financial data to make decisions, and maximize account profitability
* Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
