Responsibilities
* Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
* Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering — influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
* Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
