Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 2 years of vehicle sales experience, preferably in the used vehicle market, this is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively promote our client's vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- A valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary, plus commission, superannuation, car, and fuel card.
- Potential for an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $140k-$150k.
- Company car or allowance included.
- Full-time position, working 5 days a week, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays (Sundays off).
