Job Title: Electrical Service Technician
Based at Toyota Automated Logistics' state‐of‐the‐art automated picking solutions site in Moorebank, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, modify, and repair electrical, instrumentation, control, and mechanical systems across the site.
* Respond promptly to service requests and reactive calls to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
* Act as a key technical contact during incidents, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
* Anticipate faults and proactively address issues before they grow.
* Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance, incident, and system performance records.
* Follow and promote all health, safety, and compliance requirements, including PPE and LOTO procedures.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and high service quality.
* Work on a rotating 12‐hour roster with a consistent on/off shift pattern.
Required Qualifications
* A‐Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory).
* Experience performing service and maintenance activities in industrial or automated environments.
* Familiarity with PLC control systems and industrial networks (desirable).
* Previous experience with automated material handling systems or ASRS is highly regarded.
* A methodical, structured approach to troubleshooting and workflow execution.
* Flexibility and willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
