This role is a 12-month parental leave cover, expiring end of August 2026.
The Retail Operations Specialist supports project delivery that enhances efficiencies and customer experience through:
* Providing operational, administrative, and technical support to peers and stakeholders
* Collaborating with Retail and internal partners to achieve project objectives, remove friction, and identify operational efficiencies
* Implementing and embedding new processes to improve productivity and system utilization
* Planning and prioritizing initiatives and events aligned with retail operations and customer focus
* Reviewing store operations to identify improvement opportunities and establish benchmarks for store formats
