Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and managing store operations to achieve success.


Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and drive business results.
* Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
* Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
* Set a positive example and promote a culture of excellence.
* Take on opening and closing responsibilities as required.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Prior supervisory experience or a willingness to take on a leadership role.
* Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and workshop operations.
* Ideal candidates will have mechanical or automotive parts knowledge.
* A flexible availability and a valid driver's license.
* The physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling heavy products.
* A commitment to prioritizing safety.
