Overview
We are looking for Managers to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring profitability while meeting our brand standards, customer promises and quality & safety requirements. The role involves driving sales performance, managing food cost and labour spend, supporting continuous improvement and creating positive, customer‐focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve financial targets, including sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
* Maintain high brand standards, quality and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant.
* Provide clear direction, coaching and support to staff, ensuring a positive culture and consistent service delivery.
* Translate business objectives into action, drive continuous improvement and optimise profit.
* Create valuable customer experiences through every interaction, championing the customer promise.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate direction into measurable action.
* Exceptional multi‐tasking and leadership skills in a fast‐paced environment.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and enthusiasm for creating fun moments for staff and customers.
