About The Role
This full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen for a Brigade Administrative Support Officer (BASO) to work from our office.
The BASO will provide administrative support to enhance brigade viability and service to the community.
* Coordinate daily administrative duties as required by the Brigade Management Team(s).
* Support general administrative requirements including word processing, records management and accounting.
* Undertake duties in relation to recruitment and retention of volunteer members of the brigade.
* Assist the Brigade Management Team(s) with correspondence, arranging activities and meetings.
About You
We are looking for someone who displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven capability to develop and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders.
You will be a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, keen to showcase your capabilities in a collaborative team environment.
Hands-on experience working with and supporting volunteers, along with varied administrative skills and information management, are essential to success in this role.
