About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with primary schools that can benefit from our curriculum solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities by identifying and qualifying schools that align with our target profile. This will involve meeting daily outreach targets, including maintaining high-volume phone contact with prospects, and building relationships with curriculum decision-makers through consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create new sales opportunities by identifying and qualifying schools that align with our target profile.
* Meet daily outreach targets, including maintaining high-volume phone contact with prospects.
* Build relationships with curriculum decision-makers through consultative conversations.
* Implement targeted follow-up strategies based on school needs and priorities.
* Schedule and conduct compelling product demonstrations that address specific curriculum and resource challenges.
* Represent our organization at education conferences and expos.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot) with meticulous attention to detail.

* Proficiency with technology and ability to demonstrate our platform confidently.
* Resilience to quickly move past objections and continue building relationships.
