- Manage end to end recruitment nationally including preparing advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference, and background checks and arranging medicals. 
- Manage the onboarding process for all new starters. 
- Conducting exit surveys for terminated staff and prepare separation certificates. 
- Work with hiring managers and trainers to identify training needs from Training Gap analyses for new starters and update Training Skills and Competencies Matrix. 
- Maintaining employee data in systems such as Human Force, ADP Payroll, and Workday with accuracy. 
- Assist in the generation of Employment Contracts and Position Descriptions. 
- Review, maintain, implement, and educate employees on Company policies, procedures, Normet Way of Working, Company Values etc. 
- Always provide an exceptionally high level of internal customer service. 
- Assist in creating and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives as required. 
- Actively contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System.
