Dudley Park Primary School, opened in ****, provides education from Kindergarten to Year 6 in Mandurah. The school supports younger children through the Child and Parent Centre and embraces cultural diversity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level strategic leadership with the Principal and Executive Team.
Develop, promote and implement the school's vision, business plan and strategic directions.
Lead evidence-based Early Years programs using data-informed practice in student engagement, pastoral care and wellbeing.
Plan and oversee targeted initiatives that enhance Early Years wellbeing, progress and achievement.
Support staff capacity building and manage complex needs of students through partnerships with external agencies.

Eligibility
Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with work rights for the term of appointment.
Hold registration with the Education Profession of Western Australia.
Obtain a valid Working with Children Check before starting.
Consent to, and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting.
