In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and visitors at reception in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
* Managing general enquiries and providing basic assistance to clients.
* Supporting insurance brokers with day-to-day administrative and broking tasks.
* Providing a range of administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and records management.
* Collection of mail, and daily banking.
* Maintaining office supplies and inventory and placing stationary orders as needed.
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming front office environment.

* Present professionally with a friendly and approachable manner.
* Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
* Work well independently and as part of a team.
* Be confident using computers, Microsoft programs, and office systems.

* Previous experience in an office, reception, or insurance environment is preferred but not essential.
