The Opportunity
* Liaising with customers coordinating the movement of waste on and off-site
* Answering incoming calls, assisting with inquiries while providing excellent customer service
* Weighbridge operation
* Controlling some vehicle movements and directing traffic
* Data entry into the controlled waste tracking system ensuring accuracy at all times
* Assisting with EFT transactions
About You
* Experienced in managing complex customer interactions effectively and professionally
* Intermediate computer skills required
* Excellent communication skills and have a confident phone manner
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Knowledge of weighbridge operations would be handy - but we can train you
* Good friendly attitude and willing to be part of our team
