Key Responsibilities
* Perform recruitment activities across multiple channels including Seek.
* Maintain effective communication with potential applicants.
* Collaborate with the rostering team to schedule interviews.
* Conduct thorough pre-employment checks.
* Manage and maintain employee files and records accurately.
* Monitor and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal schedules.
* Collaborate with the Human Resource Management Team on various initiatives.
* Support the rostering team as needed.
The role plays a vital part in supporting the workforce within a fast-paced aged care environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring compliance with relevant care standards, and providing administrative support with efficiency and compassion.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/HR in a similar position.
* Proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce, along with strong MS Office skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant team culture.
* NDIS clearance is required.
* Experience with rostering is highly desirable.
