We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused professional to manage the end-to-end financial management of the Community Association.
* Responsibilities include CA budgeting, reporting, maintenance tracking, asset register updates and contractor engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong budgeting skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational ability as well as confidence in liaising with owners and contractors. Experience within hospitality or strata environments is desirable but not essential.
