The Opportunity
As a registered nurse at our Regis Kirwan Home, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing person-centered care and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. With a focus on continuity of carer, you'll have the time to get to know your residents and their individual needs, and provide care that's tailored to their unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assessments, care planning, and medication management
* Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Ensure safe and effective medication management, including accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Current AHPRA registration as a nurse
* Experience working in aged care or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to others as needed
