- Contributing to the development of customer care strategies and processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or helpdesk support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of industrial products or services is a plus
