Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Baker and Slicing Assistants/Production Operators in our Darwin facility.
As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our daily fresh products by contributing to a high-performing team culture.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, as well as a history of working in manufacturing or machine line operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a commitment to following processes and procedures, and the ability to work autonomously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Experience in Food handling/Food processing industry
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently
* Effective oral and written communication
* A focus on safe working practices
