Machine & Production Operators – Nambour
Programmed is currently seeking experienced Machine and Production Operators for exciting opportunities based in Nambour. Join a well-established, Australian-owned dairy production facility responsible for the manufacture and distribution of high-quality milk and dairy products. These casual roles operate on a 24/7 roster, offering flexibility and the potential for long-term ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manual handling tasks – stacking, packing, and wrapping dairy products
* Operating automated fill and pack production lines
* Operating processing equipment (e.g., pasteurisation and mix plants)
* Stock control and storeroom management across multiple SKUs
* Forklift operation (if licenced)
* Working in cold room environments
* Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards
* General cleaning and hygiene maintenance
About You:
* Forklift licence and counterbalance experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication skills – verbal and written
* High attention to detail and safety
* Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks
* Proven reliability and commitment to rostered shifts (24/7)
* Previous experience in FMCG or food production highly regarded
* Reliable transport to and from Nambour
