EBMX Global is seeking a proactive and versatile Sales & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager.
This hybrid role is designed for someone who thrives in a busy environment — supporting leadership in global operations and sales while contributing directly to the growth of our international business. This is not just an admin role; it’s a hands‑on position helping drive real business results.
About the Role
You’ll assist the Operations Manager and Sales Manager with a variety of tasks across operations, finance and sales. From coordinating dealer activity, sales administration, supporting dispatch operations, finance data entry, to supporting projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistance to the Operations Manager and Sales Manager — schedules, follow‑ups, and administration support.
- Support dealer and distributor communications.
- Coordinate sales reporting data to inform decision makers.
- Assist with marketing and sales campaigns, including dealer materials and product communications.
- Coordinate documentation, schedule meetings, and book travel for global operations and events.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales support, executive assistance, or business operations, ideally in a technical or fast‑moving industry.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools (Odoo experience not essential but beneficial).
- Comfortable working with technical product information and liaising with multiple staff over multi‑country offices.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home after initial training, with once weekly face‑to‑face meetings with the Operations Manager.
Location & Work Setup
Based in Newcastle, NSW, with mostly remote work after initial training.
