Job Title: Client Services Manager

This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days a week with flexible hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client administration, reporting and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients and coordinate meetings to ensure effective communication.
* Manage outsource team to deliver high-quality results.
* Produce Annual Review reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
* Portfolio implementation involves paperwork to third parties, managing external parties and ensuring service delivery.
* Provide regular updates to the Partner on service and client work in progress.
* Prepare FDS's and reporting for Opt-in requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience using XPLAN and Microsoft suite of products, a solid understanding of the financial services industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
