Caleb & Brown is seeking an experienced Senior Broker and Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and coach their Australia-based brokerage team while also managing a range of clients personally.
Priorities:
* To oversee the performance of the sales team in order to meet business objectives.
* To develop strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to motivate others effectively, think strategically, make informed decisions quickly when necessary, and remain calm under pressure.
The successful applicant will need good organizational abilities allowing them effective time management which enables them achieve set targets efficiently without compromising on quality standards at any stage throughout operations.
