Our client is pursuing dedicated workers who can provide specialised services for all communications equipment installation work, including installations into heavy vehicles, light vehicles, buildings, communications racks and huts, and other similar scopes of work.
On the job training will happen throughout and career development opportunities as part of a global leader in the radio communications industry will be on offer.
We are looking for someone who shows an interest in gaining a technical knowledge of technologies such as P25, TETRA, DMR, SAT, 4G, AVL, and other various radio equipment.
The role will see you working around Melbourne and surrounding areas, with away/project work on offer as well.
- Previous experience installing radio/electronic equipment
- Auto electrical experience will be highly desirable, as will the quality fitting of auto accessories of an electrical nature
- Networking and cabling experience
- Antennas and mounting experience
- Other tickets such as current high risk working licences (EWP), Working at Heights, 4WD Operators licence and Senior First Aid certificates are highly desirable
- The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
