Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating vehicle movements, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Your daily duties include:
Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
Processing vehicle orders and ensuring timely delivery
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Preparing reports and documentation for management
Assisting with sales administration and customer inquiries
Qualifications
Previous experience in stock control or sales administration (automotive industry experience highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
