What you'll get to do

As Digital Marketing Lead, you will support the execution of our marketing strategy across digital channels, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with our business goals and industry trends. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), you will work closely with our leadership team, sales, and practice leads to shape compelling narratives, amplify our brand online, and drive measurable results from our digital campaigns.

You will bring deep expertise in digital marketing execution—from SEO and content strategy to paid advertising, analytics, and social media engagement. You'll be responsible for managing and refining our digital presence across all customer touchpoints, ensuring our messaging is timely, relevant, and impactful.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and self-driven, with a strong background in digital marketing within a B2B environment. You'll thrive in a fast-paced team, be comfortable working autonomously, and have a passion for technology and modern marketing techniques.

* Leading the execution of our digital marketing strategy and campaigns across all channels (website, email, LinkedIn, paid media, etc.).
* In partnership with our Marketing Manager, support the development and performance of our digital content calendar, including blogs, thought leadership, newsletters, and social media.
* Support the management of our digital platforms (including website, newsletter, and social profiles) and working with vendors/agencies as required to optimise performance.
* Monitoring digital analytics, setting campaign KPIs, and reporting performance insights against our marketing scorecard.
* Working closely with subject matter experts and Practice Leads to turn complex service offerings into engaging, and relevant content.
* Developing customer case studies and proof points that highlight the business value of our solutions.
* Managing marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM integrations to nurture leads and track engagement.
* When required, developing creative briefs and working with designers to produce engaging digital assets for campaigns and promotions.
* When required, supporting third-party and owned events with digital campaigns and pre/post-event marketing efforts.
* Supporting Microsoft co-marketing initiatives and managing partner centre listings and assets.

What you'll bring

* Strong communication and team spirit
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling instinct.
* Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Lead or Marketing Manager role within an IT consulting or B2B services environment (highly desirable).
* Minimum 4+ years in digital marketing roles with demonstrable impact.
* Proficient in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social advertising, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Experience working with or marketing Microsoft solutions (preferred but not essential).
