Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
* Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
* Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educate and support residents and their families.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Qualifications:
* Current LPN or RN license in the state of Vermont.
* Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related field preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team-oriented mindset with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
