As a Team Leader, you will:
- Supervise and train staff.
- Support and uphold systems and procedures.
- Meet budget targets.
- Motivate and lead by example.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and ensure accurate till management.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; standards.
- Manage stock control.
About You
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking capabilities.
