About the role: Manage procurement of parts and supplies for workshop operations, maintaining accurate records. Support the Branch and Workshop Manager with administrative tasks. Quote, order, and verify parts for vehicle repairs and workshop needs. Handle invoicing, payments, and insurance paperwork. Communicate with assessors and suppliers regarding parts and labour. Manage mail, banking, and stationery orders. About you: Proficient in office software, including MS Word and Excel. Action-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Above award pay rates.
