About the Role This rewarding position within a positive, strengths based, and person-centred service will see you support individuals living with a disability to reach their potential and achieve their goals. Casual and Part-time position available in Community Supports (hours between 6:00am-8:00pm weekends) Casual positions available in SIL (availability across 24/7 roster) Why work with us? About you Certificate III Individual Support is desirable Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement Show initiative & think outside the box Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For' Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver’s licence. Limited Part-time & Casual opportunities available Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts. Who we are?
