About the Role:
Join a leading Big 4 Bank as a Remediation Support Centre Specialist. This role is based in the vibrant Parramatta Square and offers a hybrid working arrangement. We are seeking a dedicated professional with RG146 certification to manage and resolve Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.
* Identify customer needs, provide first point resolution where possible, or escalate as required.
* Research customer queries and deliver timely, customer-centric solutions.
* Maintain records of all customer correspondence and supporting documentation
* Investigate, case manage, and resolve Deceased Estate cases, including locating relevant documentation, corresponding with beneficiaries/executors, and processing payments.
* Record and request payment re-issues and log unclaimed monies tasks.
Requirements:
* RG146 certification is a must.
* Strong communication and customer service skills with contact centre experience
* Ability to manage and resolve complex cases.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and SharePoint.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
