Specific Duties:
- **Property Listings Management**: The Employee is tasked with creating and updating rental property listings across various online platforms.
- **Inquiry Response**: The Employee must efficiently and professionally handle inquiries from potential tenants concerning available properties.
- **Landlord and Tenant Relations**: Regular interaction with landlords and tenants to maintain and manage relationships.
- **Property and routine inspections**: Conduct routine and detailed inspections of properties to ensure compliance and upkeep.
