Role description
As a Digital Strategist at Optimise Online, you will play a pivotal role in creating awareness, engagement, and meaningful connections for our clients. Collaborating closely with the team, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of innovative digital marketing campaigns that embody our ethos of education, collaboration, and strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
* Participate in client marketing workshops to understand their goals, pain points, and target audience.
* Assist in developing strategic frameworks for digital marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate on content creation for landing pages, email campaigns, and digital assets such as checklists, guides, and whitepapers.
* Support the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Tasks include audience research, ad copy creation, and performance optimisation.
* Develop scripts and strategies for impactful video content tailored to campaign objectives.
Social Media Strategy
* Generate creative and client-specific social media post ideas that align with the clients tone of voice.
* Review and refine client-provided social media content to ensure quality and engagement.
* Provide technical support for social media platform use and optimisation.
* Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights in client reports.
SEO and Content Marketing
* Conduct performance analyses of client websites and content.
* Propose content improvements aligned with SEO best practices.
* Assist in the creation of blog posts and other SEO-driven content strategies.
Account Management
* Join client review meetings to present updates, gather feedback, and align strategies with business objectives.
* Assist in the development of quarterly and 90-day strategic action plans for retainer clients.
* Serve as a point of contact for general client queries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Reporting and Analysis
* Data Collection: Gather data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms to track campaign performance.
* Performance Analysis: Analyse key metrics, such as clicks, conversions, and engagement rates, to identify trends and opportunities.
* Continuous Improvement: Use analytics to suggest ways to optimise campaigns and refine strategies for better results.
Client Reporting
* Use AgencyAnalytics to create clear, easy-to-understand monthly reports that highlight campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights.
* Include brief, client-focused explanations of what's working and areas for improvement, helping them see the value and impact of their digital marketing efforts.
Ad-Hoc Client Support
* Support the setup and optimisation of standalone ad campaigns.
* Assist with other client projects as required, ensuring a consistent focus on creating connections that matter.
