Ventia is calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our Defence Maintenance team at Puckapunyal north of Melbourne.
This is your chance to work on specialised military vehicles and contribute directly to supporting the Australian Defence Force.

About the role
* Conduct Maintenance tasks including technical inspection and classification
* Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions and differentials
* Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts
* Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs
* Test and repair electrical systems such as lighting, ignition and electronic fuel injection
* Inspect vehicles and issue road‑worthiness certificates
About you
* Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience to inspect, repair and maintain Light, Medium and Heavy vehicles
* Must possess a current Australian State or Territory class C Driver's License
* You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
