See yourself in our team: Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank’s small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers. Business Lending (BL) is a product and specialized sales team that offers working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance to our customers. It also has responsibility for Line 1 risk and controls for these products. BL is directly responsible for product management, process management, portfolio and pricing management. It also works closely with bankers, data and analytics, digital and customer experience teams. Do Work That Matters: Asset Finance Fulfilment is a centralised national team responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and in life management of Asset finance products. We are currently a team of approximately 100 employees whose key stakeholders include not only external clients, but also internal clients including Relationship Managers, Asset Finance Specialists and other staff members from the internal CBA network. Reporting to the Team manager- Maintenance, the purpose of the Customer Service Associate is to provide service support to internal and external customers via a number of sources, including phone, email, Work Items for all asset finance transactions across the portfolio. More specifically, you will: Deliver exceptional, telephone based customer service from inbound and on outbound calls with both internal and external customers. Maintain a Group mailbox ensuring all email enquiries are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner within a 24 hour SLA. Understand customer’s needs and requirements to ensure 1st call resolution and the customer is delivered quality service in a timely manner. Generate and Provide accurate Payout figures/letters, Statements, Amortisation Schedules on existing Asset Finance Agreements. Maintain work item queues to ensure that all work items and Opportunities are updated when required. Provide accurate credit references to phone requests received from other financiers. Accurate allocation of supporting documents to wider AF Decision/Fulfilment teams. Contribution to business to fall within Valued / Superior Contributions for KPI’s. We want to hear from you if you have: The ability to work in a phone based transactional service environment. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Product knowledge of Asset Finance (including Chattel Mortgage / Novated Lease / Hire Purchase). Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task under pressure. 8am to 7pm availability. Demonstrated self-motivated self-starter, with a CAN do attitude, strategically minded and worked effectively in a team environment. Strong relationship building skills. Ability to make an informed decisions with a strong risk management focus.
