We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our team. This role involves key responsibilities such as recruitment support, employee records management, and assisting with payroll and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment support: Providing assistance with job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
* Employee records management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, including personal details, work history, and benefits information.
* Payroll and benefits assistance: Helping with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
* 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree required.
