The Opportunity
6. Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
7. Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
9. Design advice (where required)
10. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
11. Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering
12. Receipt of payment using the POS system
13. Assist with damaged stock and warranty claims
14. Answering phone
15. Assist in the receipt of new shipments
16. Pick/packing orders for customers
17. Delivery of customer orders (as required)
Skills & Experience
18. Proven working experience in retail sales
19. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
20. Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
21. Driven to meet sales targets with a proven record of exceeding
22. Ability to build effective working relationships
23. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
24. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
