Purpose of the role
The Practice Improvement Specialist will provide urgent, high-impact strategic
and operational support to the NDIS and Community Aged Care team by
uplifting practice to enable consistent, compliant, and high-quality service
delivery. The role will focus on the growth of the NDIS and Community Aged Care businesses and embedding "business as usual" practice governance and
compliance capability.
This work is required at pace to support the portfolio through multiple concurrent pressures, including growth of the services, service uplift requirements, and broader compliance and risk priorities.

You will have
* Previous experience working in a high level role within the Community Aged Care sector
* Demonstrated experience designing and implementing practice governance / compliance frameworks within Community Aged Care environments.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality policies, procedures, and practice tools that are implementable and evidence ready.
* Strong change delivery capability—can work at pace, manage ambiguity, and deliver practical outputs while engaging stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication skills (clear, structured, audit-ready documentation)
