About the Role
We are seeking a casual Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Marleston Head Office. As a qualified hairdresser looking for casual work 2-3 days per week, between Monday to Friday, you'll have the opportunity to use your skills and experience in customer service and administration to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into our ERP computer system.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, tailoring advice and solutions to meet individual customer needs.
* Product Information: Provide accurate and relevant information regarding products, orders, and services.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Order Tracking: Track order progress and keep customers informed of any updates.
Requirements
* Hairdresser or hairdressing background essential
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or administration environment
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
* Happy, positive, and friendly personality, and enjoy selling
