As a senior leader, you'll report directly to theGeneral Manager and be responsible for leading all front-end used vehicles dealership operations, driving sales performance, and creating a strong, customer-focused team culture.
Job Summary
* Lead a sales team
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
* Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvement
* Support deal negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
* Manage inventory in conjunction with the General Manager
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to exceed expectations
* Monitor and process commissions and department budgets
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership policies
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a senior automotive sales role ( Sales Manager level)
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Experience in meeting and exceeding benchmark KPI's
* Strong commercial acumen and inventory management experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
